Jennifer McGill

From a Disney Mouseketeer to a Music City mentor, Jennifer McGill has a unique journey that has shaped her into a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry. As the President of PCG Artist Development, she spends her days coaching and nurturing young talent, helping them to hone their skills and navigate the complexities of the music industry.

Jennifer's expertise is not something that can be learned from a book; it is the result of her incredible life experiences. She started her journey in the entertainment industry at the tender age of ten when she beat out thousands of hopefuls to become one of the stars of "The All-New Mickey Mouse Club." Despite a rigorous filming schedule, she excelled academically, being named valedictorian of her on-set school.

Her time as a Mouseketeer was filled with memorable experiences, from shooting a daily hit TV show at Disney MGM Studios in Florida to performing at President Clinton's inauguration. She also had the opportunity to mentor new cast members, including future stars like Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Ryan Gosling, and Keri Russell.

After the show ended, Jennifer attended New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, funded by her Mouseketeer earnings. She turned down a major label recording contract after college, choosing instead to have control over her life and career choices. She spent the next decade performing professionally worldwide across North and South America, Europe, and Asia.

Upon settling in Nashville, Jennifer met PCG Worldwide CEO Bernard Porter, who encouraged her to use her life skills to help young people gain the knowledge and skills they need for a successful entertainment career. Today, she is dedicated to helping others climb the mountain she has already reached the top of. Her work includes personal one-on-one work with clients, Zoom mentoring, and phone and email consultation.

Jennifer also organizes the annual “PCG Summer Bootcamp," where young artists come to Nashville for intensive training in what she refers to as "the science of artist development." This includes everything from vocal presentation to songwriting fundamentals, stage performance technique to music business strategies, and digital media and marketing.

With a unique set of skills acquired over a long career, Jennifer is committed to offering firm but kind guidance to young people and their parents. Her journey from a Mouseketeer to a Music City mentor is a testament to her dedication and passion for the entertainment industry.
